What is the minimum deposit amount for a wallet?
- For each cryptocurrency the minimum deposit amount is individual, for detailed information you should go to the < Wallet > section, select the desired cryptocurrency, go to < Replenish > and read the details on the page.
How long does it take to withdraw cryptocurrency from a wallet?
- Withdrawal takes from 15 seconds to a longer time (depends on the network and the number of network confirmations) can reach up to several hours.
How can I see detailed information on a transaction?
- In your personal cabinet in the < Payments > section - go to the < Transactions > page, there you will see details of all transactions in your profile, you can click on the <transaction> you are interested in and more detailed information on the selected transaction will be displayed.
